The Mitu Kids Watch 7 has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage, while the Mitu Kids Watch 7X comes with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of storage.

The new watches prioritize safety, social and entertainment features, making them a great option for parents who want to keep their children safe and connected.

Accurate location tracking

The Kids Watch has a precise location tracking system that uses dual-frequency GPS for tracking and allows parents to monitor their child’s location in real time. They can also receive notifications if their child leaves a designated area or stays in a specific location for too long.

Enhanced video calling

The new Xiaomi smartwatch has upgraded video calling features. The dual cameras, including an 8MP side camera and a 5MP front camera, offer better clarity and quality than previous models.

Other features

Both models have a 1.68-inch LCD TFT display and support WeChat, QQ and Alipay, allowing children to stay connected with their friends.

The new Xiaomi watches have 18 sports modes, five physical examination functions and are water resistant up to 20 meters. The Xiao Ai artificial intelligence assistant provides interactive features such as weather updates, storytelling and even smart home connectivity.

Battery life and pricing

Xiaomi has equipped the Mitu Kids watches with a 950mAh battery. The low-power consumption system and power-saving algorithms keep the watches fully charged throughout the day.

The higher-priced Mitu Kids Watch 7 also offers health monitoring features, including heart rate monitoring. It can track emotions, stress, brain fatigue and eye fatigue, providing valuable insights into your child’s health.

The Mitu Kids Watch 7X is now available for 599 yuan (around $82), while the Mitu Kids Watch 7 is priced at 799 yuan (around $110).
