Samsung’s Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI Vacuum Cleaner Becomes an Instant Hit in South Korea

Samsung’s robotic vacuum cleaner has experienced remarkable sales in South Korea after just 25 days on the market.

Last month, Samsung began selling its Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI robotic vacuum cleaner in South Korea. The Korean tech giant has now announced that it has sold over 10,000 units of its robotic vacuum cleaner in the country.

The Bespoke Jet Bot Combo is a robot vacuum cleaner and mop that has two rotating pads that spin at 170 rpm. The robot’s charging station, called the Clean Station, can automatically empty the dustbin, fill the water tank, wash the mop pads with steam, and dry them with 55 degrees Celsius hot air.

The Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI vacuum cleaner uses a 3D sensor to accurately identify objects, people, and pets around it. The product can recognize different types of surfaces, such as parquet, carpet, or rugs, and use the appropriate mechanism for each.

“The secret to the popularity of the Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI is the intelligent steam sterilization process for the mop pads, which is a first in South Korea,” Samsung said.

Samsung also launched both models of its robotic vacuum cleaner in the United States last month, and the new product has been well received there as well. The Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI vacuum cleaner is priced at $1,699 in the US.
