Samsung Galaxy M55 Full Specifications Leaked Ahead of Launch

Full specifications and two renders of the Samsung Galaxy M55 have been leaked by MSPowerUser ahead of its launch. The Galaxy M55 will have a different design than the Galaxy A55 and has a high chance of entering the list of best mid-range phones.

The Galaxy M55 will likely be available in green and black colors. The new mid-range Samsung will feature a 6.7-inch OLED display (with Super AMOLED branding) with FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits.

The rear panel will house three cameras including a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 2-megapixel macro. On the front, there will likely be a 50-megapixel camera.

Contrary to previous rumors, the Galaxy M55 will likely be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for a 45W charger. The new mid-range Samsung will be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip and up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Other possible features of the latest Samsung phone include an under-display fingerprint sensor, dual SIM support, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, MicroSD card support, and Samsung Knox Vault security features.

The Galaxy M55 will undoubtedly be released with Android 14 and One UI 6.1 and will apparently receive five years of operating system updates. The price of the phone is not yet known.
