Poco C61 : What to Expect from the Latest Budget Phone

Specifications of the Poco C61

The official specifications of the Poco C61, a rebranded version of the Xiaomi Redmi A3, have been leaked. According to Appuals, the new Poco phone will have a waterdrop notch display.

The Poco C61’s circular camera island houses two cameras and an LED flash. The SIM card and micro SD slots are located on the left side of the device’s frame.

The power button (which also doubles as a fingerprint sensor) and volume buttons are located on the right side of the phone, while the USB-C port and microphone are located at the bottom. The top of the new Poco phone houses the main speaker and 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Poco C61 will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G36 processor and up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The phone’s display is a 6.71-inch LCD with an HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits brightness. It is protected by Gorilla Glass 3.

The Poco C61’s 8-megapixel main camera is accompanied by a 0.08-megapixel depth sensor. The selfie camera will have a resolution of 5 megapixels. The new Chinese phone has a 5,000 mAh battery and supports 10W charging.

Price of the Poco C61

The price of the new Poco C61 will vary from $90 to $100 depending on the variant. It remains to be seen whether this device can make it to the list of best budget phones in the market.

Other Features of the Poco C61

The Poco C61 will run on Android 13 (Go edition) and MIUI. It will have a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and support face unlock. The phone will be available in three colors: black, blue, and green.


The Poco C61 seems to be a decent budget phone with a large display, powerful processor, and long-lasting battery. It will be interesting to see how it fares against the competition when it is released.
