Honor Unveils Watch GS 4: Long Battery Life, Health Tracking

Honor unveiled the Honor Watch GS 4 smartwatch alongside two smartphones at its recent event. The smartwatch boasts a 46mm case and a 1.43-inch circular AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. It will be available in three colors: Starry Sky Exploration, Galaxy Shuttle, and Jasper Astrolabe.

The Honor Watch GS 4 runs on the RTOS operating system and uses Bluetooth 5 to connect to iPhones and Android devices. It supports Bluetooth calling with a built-in microphone and speaker, as well as music control.

The smartwatch comes equipped with a heart rate sensor, an air pressure sensor, and a gyroscope to track heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and sleep cycles.

Additionally, the Honor Watch GS 4 supports over 100 different workout modes and tracks daily steps and physical activities like running and cycling with built-in GPS.

The Honor Watch GS 4 can last up to two weeks on a single charge and takes only 60 minutes to fully recharge. It supports NFC payments and has a 5ATM water resistance rating.

The Honor Watch GS 4 Starry Sky Exploration version is priced at 999 yuan (US$138), while the other two versions are priced at 1199 yuan (US$166).

Pre-orders for the smartwatch have begun in China. There is no information yet on the global pricing and availability of the smartwatch.
