Acer has unveiled its latest high-end gaming monitor, the Predator X49 X

The Predator X49 X features a 48.9-inch ultra-wide OLED panel with a resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels. It has a 32:9 aspect ratio and a curvature of 1800R. The monitor uses Samsung’s QD-OLED technology, which is a type of OLED panel that uses a quantum dot layer to improve color reproduction and brightness.

The Predator X49 X has a peak brightness of 1000 nits and supports HDR10. It has also received the DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification.

The monitor has a refresh rate of 240Hz and a response time of 0.3 milliseconds. It also supports variable refresh rate (VRR) through AMD FreeSync Premium.

Users can connect the monitor to their computer using HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4 ports. The monitor also has a USB-C port with 90W power delivery and a built-in KVM switch. It also supports two inputs for dual 2K display mode.

Acer has not yet announced the release date or price of the Predator X49 X. However, given its specifications, it is sure to be one of the best gaming monitors on the market.
